How do I return an item?

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund (please note that the refund will exclude the shipping costs). You must email us or call us at 877-332-8989 in advance of your return to receive authorization from Janesko. Once you receive authorization, the returned item must arrive back in our studio within the 14 days of authorization. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the normal return process and then place a new order online or contact us at 877-332-8989.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS INCORRECT OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG PIECE?
Please call us immediately at 877-332-8989. Once we have received and checked the item and agree that it is faulty or wrong, we will refund you the full amount including the cost of delivery or ship you a new item.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 877-332-8989. If the order has already been processed, there may be a delay in canceling and refunding your order.

*Please be aware that custom pieces or special orders cannot be returned. Acceptance of returns outside of the 14 days timeframe will be at the discretion of Janesko.
